State Project Number 21102 Renovation and Addition of the Marshall Minnesota National Guard Armory This solicitation is Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) preference and has a 4% TG/ED/VO subcontracting preference. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and miscellaneous construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Complete renovation and addition of the 29,920 square foot Marshall National Guard Armory. 2.) Maintenance Bay addition. 3.) New enclosed mechanical equipment penthouse. 4.) Concrete pagement with chain link fence installation. 5.) EDPM roof replacement. 6.) Window replacement. 7.) Replacement of Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing systems. 8.) New Photovoltaic Solar Array. 9.) Expanded Armory Vault installation. 10.) Refer to drawings and specifications for full scope of work. Est.
