The proposed work is generally described as follows: 1) diagnosing the necessary repairs for the Owner's existing electric pump motor ("Motor"); 2) picking up the Motor from the Owner's Central Facility location at 2835 Crescent Springs Road, Erlanger, KY 41018 and delivering the Motor to Contractor's facility; 3) performing the repair Work at Contractor's facility, including furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Work identified in the Contractor's diagnostic report; and 4) delivering the repaired Motor to Owner's Ohio River Pump Station No. 1 Facility at 200 Mary Ingles Highway, Latonia, KY 41015.The Motor is a Westinghouse Model VSW1 model electrical motor for a water pump. Additional details regarding the Motor are included in the Technical Specifications. The District is sales tax exempt. Contractor shall perform the work as described in the Specifications and listed in the Bid Form. Contractor shall furnish all material, equipment, personnel, labor, transportation, tools, appliance, fuel, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for completion of the work contemplated and described in the Specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A and as detailed by Contractor in Bid Documents attached hereto as Exhibit B. The intention of the documents is to include all labor and materials, equipment and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the services. Materials or work described in words that so applied have a well-known technical or trade meaning have the meaning of those recognized standards.
