Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Lexington requests sealed bid proposals from qualified contractors for the "Lincoln Park Field 1 Renovation and Fields 1 and 3 Athletic Lighting Installation Project" located at Lincoln Park in Lexington, MA. Work will include the renovation of the turf field surface and field materials/amenities, installation of athletic lighting at Field 1 and Field 3, and miscellaneous site work/improvements to support these renovations. It is important to note that this work is over an existing closed landfill and experience with working over a landfill in addition to other experience criteria is required and described in the Project Documents. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Important information regarding the purchase of the athletic lighting equipment, the turf pad, and the turf infill materials is included in the Summary of Work.
