Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Rochester Recreation Center Roof Replacement, Building Envelope Improvements. The work called for in the Contract Documents, including both the written specification and detailed drawings, shall include the furnishing and installation of all roofing materials, insulation, fasteners, metal work, and other materials deemed to be a part of the overall system as specified in the Contract Documents. City of Rochester Rec Center: Main Rink A-D, Pool A & B Add Alt #1 City of Rochester Rec Center: Gym Add Alt #2 City of Rochester Rec Center: Alt. Rink A Add Alt #3 City of Rochester Rec Center: Alt. Rink B Location- 21 Elton Hills Dr NW Rochester, MN 55901 1) Remove any obsolete / dead curbs, equipment, roof penetrations. Install like deck, insulation & new roof system. 2) At any primary scupper locations install new collector heads & "W" shaped downspouts, concrete splash-blocks with 1.5" extruded polystyrene. 3) All lead pack/Watts drain bowls must be removed & new JOSAM 21500 series bowl / strainer assemblies installed. Roofing contractor to provide & install new drain bowl assembly. Interior plumbing disconnect / reconnect by "Roofing Contractor". 4) HVAC / Electrical disconnect and reconnect by "Roofing Contractor". 5) Replace any missing or plastic drain strainers with new cast iron strainers Contractor shall complete work between April 1st, 2024 and be 100% complete no later than November 31st, 2024.
