SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The work concerns, among other things, the replacement of the electrical entrance, replacement of the electric furnace and exchanger, repair of the ceiling in sector B with replacement of lighting fixtures. LOCATION OF WORK: The work will take place at the La Pocatiere multipurpose facility which is located at 950, 12 e avenue, La Pocatiere (Quebec) G0R 1Z0. WORK SCHEDULE: Work on phase I begins on Tuesday June 25, 2024 and ends no later than Friday August 16, 2024 and begins Wednesday June 25, 2025 to end no later than Friday July 18, 2025 for phase II. During this visit, representatives of the Project Manager will answer questions from bidders. The Kamouraska - Riviere-du-Loup School Service Center will not be responsible in any way for a lack of knowledge of the area.
