This 24-month term agreement will include the following elements: Constructing reinforced concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter, drive approaches, retaining walls, barrier free ramps, minor street pavement improvements and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project. Also, replacement and/or adjustment of existing water meter boxes, wastewater lateral cleanouts, storm drain manholes, and water valve stack risers and lids By the submission of a bid for this work, the Contractor shall evidence and warrant that he is capable and in agreement with performing this work within the two (2) years the date specified in the Work Order, beginning approximately March 2024. The City of Dallas, acting through the Public Works Department, will award an agreement to provide sidewalk and barrier free ramp installation throughout the city to the lowest, responsive bidder. The agreement shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years. A Calendar Day is defined as any successive day of the week, month or year, no days excluded. Vendors shall submit project related questions via Electronically, no later than 5:00 P.M. on February 9, 2024.
