**As of March 13, 2024, project was awarded to T.J. Construction Inc, awarded amount is $2,818,371.15.** The scope of work shall include the installation of the following approximate items of work and quantities of these items SECTION 1: 10" x 0.250" W.T. Steel Pipe (Open Trench), 2,213 L.F.; 10" x 0.365" W.T. Steel Pipe (Open Trench), 1,057 L.F.; 10" x 0.365" W.T. Steel Pipe River Crossing by HDD, 1,335 L.F.; 10" Hot-Tap Connection (Line Stopper Fitting), 2 Each; Grout Fill Existing 10" Steel Gas Line, 3,900 L.F.; Radiographic Inspection, L.S.; and other miscellaneous necessary items. Contractors, who bid this project, must be pre-qualified in accordance with the Marshall County Gas District (MCGD) Contractors Affidavit of Qualifications Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted to the MCGD prior to February 20, 2024. A Certified Check payable to the Owner in the amount of five (5) percent of the total Bid is also acceptable . The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 200 percent of the Contract and a Labor Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities and technicalities therein.
