Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stratford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 14, 2024 project was awarded to Francis Melvin, Inc, awarded amount is $886,297,49.** The work for which bids are asked includes the following: The project will reconstruct Monarch Street from Jasper Avenue to STH 97, Jasper Avenue from STH 153 to Monarch Street and Allington Avenue from STH 153 to Monarch Street, total project length of approximately 1,450 feet. Existing watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer inlets and sewer & water services will be replaced. Street reconstruction will consist of curb and gutter and asphalt pavement over dense graded base over selected crushed material with geotextile fabric and underdrain. Existing sidewalk on Monarch Street will be replaced as will driveway aprons on all three streets. Question Deadline 02/12/2024 The anticipated substantial completion date is August 30, 2024, and final completion date is September 13, 2024. a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids
