Demolition and renovation of the 10th floor of the Maricopa County Central Court Tower for the Maricopa County Superior Court. All work on this contract is to be completed within 420 Calendar days beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. A bid bond in the amount and character named in the Invitation to Bid is enclosed amounting to not less than 10 percent of the total bid. As a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract, each bid shall be accompanied by a surety bond, certified check, cashier's check, or money order. Execution of the contract, submittal of the payment bond, performance bond, and Certificate of Insurance are not required at the time of bid submittal. These documents must be submitted to the County by the successful bidder at time of contract execution. The Board of Supervisors (BOS) reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid received.
