Work items include demolition of existing lift station concrete top slabs and duplex submersible pumps, piping, and accessories, installation of new concrete top slabs, piping, valves, owner supplied triplex submersible pumps and accessories, owner supplied natural gas generators and automatic transfer switches, recoating of interior surfaces in wet wells, odor control, concrete pads, crushed concrete driveways, chain link fence and gates, water service lines with appurtenances, natural gas service lines, and all required mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work required per the plans and specifications.
