**As of April 4, 2024, project was awarded to General Contract-Key Contracting Inc. for $4,902,904 and Electrical Contract-Sun Electric for $166,000 for a total award amount of $5,068,904.** This project is using Federal Funds and there are additional terms and conditions required to comply with the contract specifications. Please confirm all requirements are met and documents are included with your bid. This project will comply with SRF and Federal requirements. In the event of a discrepancy between City of Fargo contracting requirements and SRF and Federal contracting requirements, the SRF and Federal contracting requirements shall prevail. A Bidders Bond in the Amount of 5% of the Full Amount of the Bid Executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety, Bidder must be the holder of a Contractors License at least ten days before the date set for receiving bids to be a qualified bidder and a copy of the Contractors License issued by the Secretary of State must be included in the online bid submission as required under N.D. Cent. Code Section 43-07-12. All work included in the contract must be fully completed on or before July 3, 2025. The Board of City Commissioners of the City of Fargo, North Dakota, reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of thirty days after the first day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
