Missouri is requesting qualifications for owner's representative services for the following Design-Build Project:Upgrades to Central Wastewater Treatment Plant and Associated Infrastructure. The owner's representative services required may include assistance in preparing any necessary documents and specifications, evaluations of design-build proposals, and represent the City of Sedalia during design and construction. Owner's representative must be an engineer duly licensed in the state of Missouri. Funding for the project is through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources'Financial Assistance Center. Qualification information provided to the City of Sedalia shall include:A. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required 15 points; B. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the limitations fixed for the completion of the project 15 points; C. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work and ability to meet schedules 15 points; D. The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located 15 points; and E. The firm's professional experience in design build delivery method and experience in wastewater systems 15 points.
