Should a question arise at any time during the examination of Bid Documents or investigation of the site the Bidder may seek clarification by directing all pre-bid questions to the project site. The following individual will be responsible for answering any questions directed to the web service:The Workers Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCB) invites you (the Contractor) to submit a quotation to provide labour, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the Home Modification as outlined within this quotation at the project location to be fully disclosed upon sign off of a Confidentiality Agreement Scope of Work 3.1 Supply all labour, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the work as outlined in the quotation specified in Appendix C. 3.2 Contractor will ensure all materials or items with longer lead order time shall be ordered so as not to interfere with the schedule and cause any undue hardship to the homeowner due to non delivery of required materials to complete this project on time. 3.3 All work to be completed in accordance with applicable codes (e.g. Building Code, Electrical Code, Fire Code, etc.) 3.4 All measurements to be completed by the Contractor and site verified. 3.5 All permits required to complete the work as outlined shall be obtained by the Contractor and provided to WCB at the end of the project.
