This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, permits, etc., necessary to remove and replace with a new above-ground gasoline fuel storage system with pump dispense at Long Hill Fire Tower, 8023 Long Hill Road, Pasadena, Anne Arundel County, Maryland 21122. The project classification for this solicitation is: Under $100,000.00 The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $150.00 per calendar day. Removal of existing gasoline fuel system in its entirety to include tank, pump dispenser, piping, and electronic systems (inventory and leak detection). Existing electric service to the vicinity may remain to serve the new pump and dispenser, and the existing concrete pad to remain for the new tank and pump system Provide and install a new above-ground storage tank including attached top mount dispenser, pump, piping, wiring, etc., necessary to make the entire system operational in accordance with applicable code requirements.
