Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rensselaer, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of services includes the following: (1) business plan for financing maintenance costs, (2) system design, (3) equipment and licensing provision (including whether or not the equipment can be purchased through state contract), (4) Internet Service identification and/or provision, (5) installation, (6) the warranty necessary to create a public Wi-Fi network in Riverfront Park, and (7) system monitoring, maintenance and upkeep. The City has identified a priority project area where the provision of Wi-Fi is the focus of this Request for Proposals. CR Number: 2106129 Available February 2, 2024 The Project start date will be on or about Monday, March 25, 2024. The Project shall be substantially completed on or before Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The Project shall be completed on or before Wednesday, May 30, 2024. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The City of Rensselaer reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid procedure or bids.
