Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 3/7/2024, this project has not been awarded. All bds were over budget and the project will go out for rebid. The Scope of Work generally consists of the furnishing of labor and materials for 15kV underground construction and demolition of existing electrical utilities. Major material in the base bid to be provided by the contractor includes duct bank, 6 manholes, 4 medium voltage switch basements, 45,000 feet of 4/0 Aluminum 15kV cable, 11,000 feet of 5inch Schedule 80 PVC Conduit. Labor included, but not limited to, consists of the installation of all aforementioned materials along with four pad-mounted medium voltage switches to be provided by Owner. Method of duct bank and conduit installation shall be horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and/or trench and backfill. Please see Attached Drawings and Specifications.
