Ray W. Hopkins Mauldin Senior Center Interior Doors, Exterior Doors, and Automatic Doors Replacement. The City of Mauldin, SC, is soliciting a Request for Quotations (RFQ) from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of interior doors, exterior doors, and automatic doors. for any responses or inquiries or addendums to the RFQ. Only answers issued by addenda will be binding.
All addendums will be posted on the City of Mauldin website. The intent of this RFQ is to enable the city to acquire the most appropriate, financially attractive solution
from a qualified vendor. The scope of the project is to replace and install 4 interior store front doors, 4
exteriorstore front doors, and install 2 doors on the exterior with automatic door capability at the Ray W.
Hopkins Senior Center. All materials removed/replaced shall be the responsibility of the contractor to
properly dispose of and all equipment shall be restored to their pre - construction status.
Quotes will address the following scope of work:
1. All 8 Doors to be installed on existing Hollow Metal Frame.
2. 4 interior Aluminum Storefront Doors Dark Bronze Anodized finish with 1/4 inch clear tempered glass.
3. 4 exterior Aluminum Storefront Doors Dark Bronze Anodized finish with 1/4 inch clear tempered glass.
4. 2 exterior doors to have automatic ADA capabilities.
5. Doors to include: Standard Rim Panics, Standard Offset Pulls, LCN Closers, Full Gear Hinges, Full
Glass Lites, Manual Kick-Down
6. Doors to include: Medium Stile w/10inch Bottom Rails
