Bids for mowing at the Glenwood Cemetery shall include the cemetery grounds, north bank and ditch and the south addition. Mowing and trimming is to be done as needed to maintain a clean, neat appearance at all times. Bids should be for the total for the season. Payment will be divided evenly over a six-month period from April 15th thru October 15th. Should mowing be needed outside this period, please include a per mowing cost. Other requirements include: 1. Tree branches and trash should be picked up and removed. Decorations should be removed 10 days after holidays. 2. No work to be performed during graveside services or on holidays. 3. Furnish own equipment. 4. No equipment left on grounds. 5. Care should be taken not to damage or deface stones. Trimming is required around stones. 6. Must carry and provide proof of own insurance.
