Site work for a water / sewer project in Jenkins, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Jenkins is pursuing projects that will replace waterlines on KY 805 in front of the funeral home, B&O Hill, Forest Hill, KY 805 at Auto Works and replacement of the city water tank and 950 feet of A ll line. Replacement will include 1200 LF of 10", 2970 LF of 4" 6", 1500 LF of 4" 250 LF of 2" & 13 meters. The town tank will also be replaced with the same sized tank; 300,000 gallons. The City of Jenkins is seeking the technical assistance of a qualiA ed Engineering/Architectural consulting A rm to assist them in the development, planning, design, and construction observation of qualiA ed projects. Minimum requirements include previous experience in engineering/architecture on similar projects. The City of Jenkins reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, Title VI, Section 504 and EO 11246. Local, minority, and female owned A rms are particularly encouraged to participate. The City of Jenkins is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
