2024 Roadway Surface Treatment Contract There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this project. A five percent (5%) bid deposit in the form of certified, treasurer's or cashier's check or trust company and payable to the Town of Northborough; cash; or a bid bond from a surety company equal to 5% of the bid shall be enclosed with the bid. "Town of Northborough, 2024 Roadway Surface Treatment Contract." No Bidder may withdraw bid within Thirty (30) days after the date of opening. The contract will be awarded to the bidder deemed to be the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The work includes different types of surface treatment as identified and directed by the Owner. The location of the work is to be determined by the Owner prior to construction, though work will occur within a similar neighborhood or geographical area within the Town.
