Renovation of an educational facility in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Polk County Public Works Division is accepting proposals for the replacement of two Trane L-8 air handling units, one Trane LZ-10 air handling unit, two outside condensing units and associated air conditioning coils. This bid should include any ductwork, electric or other modifications necessary for operation. This bid will include the removal and disposal of all equipment and components that will be replaced. Contractor will replace all refrigeration lines, insulate all lines with Armaflex and outside lines with added aluminum jacket for protection. We are requesting an add-on bid for replacing all pneumatic controls in the building with DDC controls on the Niagara 4 platform compatible with our Government Center controls with the same graphics. This additional bid should include all life safety dampers, actuators and other accessories necessary for proper operation.
