Completed plans call for the demolition of a 19,850-square-foot educational facility; for the construction of a 18,658-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of the demolition of an existing gymnasium building (19,850 SF), the construction of a new masonry and steel framed gymnasium building (18,658 SF), modernization of an existing classroom building (building 500), new paved play courts, and associated site work.
