Completed plans call for the demolition of a 19,850-square-foot educational facility; for the construction of a 18,658-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the demolition of an existing gymnasium building (19,850 SF), the construction of a new masonry and steel framed gymnasium building (18,658 SF), modernization of an existing classroom building (building 500), new paved play courts, and associated site work. Note: This increment has 3 phases. Trades include: Survey, Final Cleaning, Site Demolition, Building Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Metal Decking, Rough Carpentry, Architectural Wood Casework, Building Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Joint Sealants, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Skylights, Glazing, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Plaster, Tiling, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Wood Flooring, Painting and Coating, Signage, Toilet Compartments and Accessories, Lockers, Residential Equipment, Audio-Visual Equipment, Athletic Equipment, Window Treatments, Telescoping Stands, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Fire Detection and Alarm, Earthwork, Erosion Control, Asphalt Paving, Site Concrete, Pavement Markings, Landscape and Irrigation, and Site Utilities. This project has Prevailing Wage requirements. This project has OCIP requirements. All Contractors must comply with AB 3018 – Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements. This project requires Pre-qualification, due by 02/15/2024 EOD, for utilizing C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 licenses.
