Site work and paving for a civil project in Terrebonne, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the City wastewater treatment network and system. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new REGIONAL pumping station T65 and upgrades to the existing Moody pumping station. The scope of work also includes associated piping and road improvement work. The new pumping station will be located on 40th Avenue near Côte de Terrebonne, Moody pumping station being located at 1240 Saint-Louis Street. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. The owner has increased the project budget and is seeking environmental approvals. Tender for the general contractor is not anticipated before spring/early summer 2026. Note. The project is included in the City 3-year capital expenditure program 2026-2028.
