Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Longueuil, Quebec. Design plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a 19,225-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Phased demolition and reconstruction of the City fire station 22. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new building located on the parking lot, demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new parking lot, complete renovation of the rear facade (masonry and windows) of the administrative centre located at 350 Curé-Poirier and patching of the premises adjacent to the fire hall. The project may include construction of a geothermal heating system. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in an advanced stage. Working drawings are expected in late 2025/early 2026. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in spring/early summer 2026.
