Renovation of an office development in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
SD1 intends to award a contract for the Dudley Building Roof Replacement in accordance with the detailed specifications and responsibilities provided in the bid documents. The roof to be replaced is located under the I-275 bridge off Madison Pike at 1085 Easton Drive in Fort Wright, KY. Questions By February 8, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST Remove and dispose of existing materials that are being replaced. Furnish and install 8,300 ft 2 of new EPS flute fill insulation to existing R-panel roofing. Furnish and install 8,300 ft 2 of new 1.5" polyiso cover board over EPS insulation. Furnish and install 8,300 ft 2 of new Carlisle 60 mil. EPDM rubber (fully adhered). Furnish and install new Carlisle pressure-sensitive flashings. Furnish and install new wooden nailers around the entire perimeter along with new 24 ga. Kynar coated edge materials (color TBD). Furnish and install 210 ft of new 24 ga. Mig 7 commercial gutters to include new 3" x 4" down spouting with splash blocks Contractor should complete the Work within 30 calendar days of start date (start date is the first day on-site removing existing roof)
