Renovation of a residential development in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Modernize Elevators at Bodder and Bartholomew Houses for replacing elevators and associated equipment at Bodder and Bartholomew Houses. A Certified Check, payable to the Bethlehem Housing Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company which appears in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. Questions shall be directed to Curt Kichline at 610-865-8358 Bethlehemhousing.org Bethlehem Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids. Questions Due Date: Mar 1st 2024, 3:00 PM EST The areas of the work is as follows, all located in the city of Bethlehem: Bartholomew House 512 Elm St. and Bodder House, 645 Liebert St., both buildings located in the City of Bethlehem.
