Project Description The Town of Apex, North Carolina, is seeking the services of a qualified firm, or team of firms, to provide professional services to update the Town of Apex 2021 Affordable Housing Plan (Affordable Housing Plan) and create a strategic housing development and neighborhood revitalization plan. The Affordable Housing Plan should include an action plan that establishes recommended housing tenure types, priority locations, and financing tools to facilitate development and preservation over the next 5 years. The plan will address the Town’s entire planning area. The plan development process should be completed and approved within 9 months of the date of the notice to proceed (NTP). Interested firms should propose a schedule for the services and deliverables to be provided that addresses milestones and review periods Questions concerning plan critical elements may be submitted via email only to Michael.Linsenmeyer@apexnc.org. No phone calls or in-person discussions are permitted. The Town of Apex will select the most qualified and responsive firm. The Town reserves the right to schedule interviews if needed after evaluating proposals. All firms submitting proposals will be notified via email when a final firm is selected.
