The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of clearing and grading all areas as required for the installation of all improvements as shown on the plans including but not limited to new wrought iron fencing, fence posts with footings, pedestrian gates, vehicular swing and rolling gates, CMU wall, artificial turf installation, restoring all improvements to preconstruction conditions, and all other related work required as indicated on the project plans for the Miller Park Fence Installation Project. This project is located at Miller Park and Miller Park Amphitheater, adjacent to Fontana City Hall. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, to accept any bid or portion thereof, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of ninety (90) calendar days.
