Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reserve, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project # 3-Port Roadway Improvements The proposed project consists of the improvement of the Port of South Louisiana's existing gravel parking areas and roadways. The proposed project will consist of parking and roadway improvements including port land cement concrete paving of existing gravel parking and roadways. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount 5%, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statute. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond guaranteeing the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract. The Work shall be substantially completed within 120 Days.
