Project Information Indian Prairie Community Unit School District #204 (the District) is requesting sealed bids from qualified single source suppliers (the Contractor), for certain facilities management and supply services. Said services will support the mission, operations plan, and capital assets of the District. The District's intent is to continue a high level of facilities service in an environment of limited financial resources. The District wishes to maximize the value of all services received from various facility departments including custodial; maintenance; grounds; in-district and U.S. mail processing; warehousing and cargo moves. Therefore, it is desirable to seek the services of professional, specialized facility management personnel, programs, and resources to support and complement the District leadership team Bids will thereafter be irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days. No bid received after the time indicated will be considered. It is the Contractor's sole responsibility to assure this deadline is accomplished. Contractors assume the risk of any delay that may occur in receipt or handling of a mailed bid. Question Deadline 02/07/2024 at 9:00 AM CT Interested Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to receive and review bid specifications and ask questions at Howard Crouse Education Center (780 Shoreline Drive, Aurora, IL 60504). The Board of Education reserves the right to not accept the bids of interested Contractors that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
