Location: In Penobscot County: Segment 1 is located on Interstate 95 Southbound beginning at the Kirkland Road in Old Town and extending south 14.20 miles to Exit 180 off ramp in Hermon. Segment 2 is located on Interstate 95 Northbound beginning at the Exit 180 on ramp in Hampden and extending north 14.21 miles north to the Kirkland Road in Old Town. Segment 4 is located on Interstate 95 Southbound beginning in T2 R8 NWP and extending south 33.65 miles to the Kirkland Road in Old Town. In Aroostook County: Segment 3 is located in Interstate 95 Northbound beginning 0.40 mile south of the US Route 2 overpass in Dyer Brook and extending north 20.92 miles to the US/Canadian border in Houlton.
