The work generally consists of the removal/disposal of existing concrete ADA curb ramps and re-installation of new concrete ADA curb ramps per the specifications/requirements inclusive of any/all modifications/repairs to the existing improvements necessary to complete the work. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified cashier s check, or a bidder's bond made payable to the City of Lakewood for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, the contractor and subcontractors shall be licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California for the type of work to be performed.
