The City of Waterloo is currently seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide consulting services for the detailed design, contract management, construction administration and inspection services for various pedestrian crossover (PXO) treatments across the city. In 2024, based on current budget, a total of twelve (12) locations have been identified for detail design. Cost estimates for the initial 12 locations will determine the eligible construction installations in 2024. Future budgets and contract extensions will allow for additional design and construction. In the following, the City of Waterloo is the project manager and the Consultant is the selected Proponent.
