Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lorain, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The consultant services being sought shall include preparation of construction contract plans, specifications, and estimate for the rehabilitation of Tower Boulevard (Tower Boulevard Rehabilitation (Leavitt Rd (SR-58) - Oberlin Ave)) in the City of Lorain with a project length of approximately 0.98 miles. The limits of the project are to the East the intersection of Tower Boulevard and Oberlin Ave. to in the West the intersection of Tower Boulevard and Leavitt Rd. (SR-58). Construction plans shall include full depth replacement of concrete pavement, removal and replacement of curb in defined locations, furnish new and adjust all castings, repair or replace catch basins if warranted, pavement markings, signage improvements and maintenance of traffic. Consultant shall provide all services required up to and including the submittal of the PS&E package to ODOT District 3.The selected consultant shall attend a scope of services meeting that will be held in the City of Lorain Engineering Department. Within two (2) weeks of the scope of services meeting, the selected consultant shall submit a LPA Fee Proposal to the City of Lorain. Upon acceptance of the fee, the City will coordinate with ODOT to prepare the Consultant Agreement. Estimated Construction Cost: $3,662,219.00
