C.H. 8 (Elevator Road) from Willowbrook Road to County Line Road Excavating & grading existing shoulder, placing hot-mix asphalt base course widening, class D patches, placing hot-mix asphalt overlay from edge of shoulder to edge of shoulder (32' & variable), aggregate wedge shoulders, pavement markings, storm sewer installation, concrete type A gutter removal & replacement, pipe culvert replacements, and other ancillary work. The entire project shall be completed, including punch list items, by August 23, 2024. Failure to comply with this completion date will result in the Contractor being assessed liquidated damages per Article 108.09 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Any additional costs, including traffic control, as a result of the Contractor's failure to meet the completion date, shall be at the Contractor's expense and no additional compensation will be allowed
