Description of the Work: The Project is located on Warner Avenue and 600 LF east of Graham Street & 600 LF west of Graham Street in the City of Huntington Beach. This Project consists of removing two existing vault covers, installing two new vault covers, and paving over the new vault covers. Demolition work includes the demolition, removal, and disposal of existing reinforced concrete aprons and existing pre-cast concrete vault covers . The Bid Security may be in the form of cash, a cashiers or certified check payable to OC SAN A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract value are required concurrently with the execution of the Contract and shall remain in effect through the warranty period.
