Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of March 22,2024 project was awarded to Payne & Dolan Inc., awarded amount is $2,493,201.90.** Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Brookfield equal to five percent (5%) of the largest possible total bid or bids, including consideration of alternates. The successful bidder's failure to execute the contract and furnish the performance bond within ten (10) days after the award shall cause the Check or Bid Bond to be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages (Section 62.15(3), Wisconsin Statutes). The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received. This Project Shall Consist Of Furnishing Labor, Equipment, Materials And Work Necessary In The Construction Of The Following Items Of Work: Est. Qty Item 20,800 Ton Hot Mix Bituminous Concrete Pavement Placement 78,200 Sy Cold Asphaltic Pavement Milling 66,900 Sy Asphaltic Pulverizing & Shaping Concrete Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Replacement Storm Inlet, Storm & Sanitarty Manhole Repair Documents.
