As of June 5, 2025, this project is under construction. Pursuant to Chapter 39.80 RCW, the Longview School District No. 122 ("District") is conducting a selection process for architectural services specific to the design and construction of improvements to its Memorial Stadium, located at 2903 Nichols Boulevard, Longview, Washington 98632 (the "Project"). The District plans improvements to the main grandstand, which may include construction of a new roof; installation of bird netting on the structure under the roof; new seating; new boilers/heat exchanger for domestic hot water; repairs to concrete, including areas of water intrusion; remodeling of bathrooms and locker rooms; new LED lighting; and painting of the stadium and steel roof structure. The District also plans improvements to the visitor grandstand, to include new elevated aluminum bleachers; possible storage underneath the bleachers; and electrical work, including convenience outlets and lighting. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is to evaluate firm Statement of Qualifications ("SOQs") for the purpose of selecting a qualified firm with which to establish a contractual relationship for provision of the desired architectural services.
