The total grant award is $490,000. Proposals must not exceed this amount. The expected start date is April 2024. See Appendix C for a sample contract. Appendix C is a sample only and may change pending contract negotiations. Each project in this project series has similar but unique project deliverables. Both the South Fork and Ratville/NFSR 350 project locations have the need for heavy machinery and are easily paired together due to their proximity. Little Beaver, Lower Elkhorn, Zimmerman Dam, and Sleeping Elephant project locations will primarily be completed with hand crews and are geographically distant from one another. CPRW reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Proposal(s) to the most responsive and responsible firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of CPRW; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
