2024 Complete Street Improvements South 11th Street and Swift Avenue The majority work of this contract is generally described as follows: o 3,535 CY of Removing Pavement, o 27,000 SY of Milling Pavement 3 EA of Grading and Shaping Intersections, 1.600 Tons of Base Aggregate, -3,050 Tons of Asphaltic Pavement 4 EA of Manholes 17 EA of Inlets, 41 EA of Adjusting Manholes , 862 LF of PVC Storm and Sanitary Sewer (8-inch to 12-inch) 2,050 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 3,000 SY of 7-inch Concrete Base, 11,4265 SF of 4-inch Concrete Sidewalk, Bid Security: A satisfactory Bid Bond, payable to the City of Sheboygan, WI, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid. All bidders shall be required to file or have on file a valid Bidder's Proof of Responsibility form with the Engineering Division, City of Sheboygan, not less than five (5) days prior to the time of opening of these bids Only bidders who have demonstrated their qualifications to perform the work will be permitted to bid. Forms are included in the proposed contract documents. The apparent Successful Bidder, and any other Bidder so requested, shall within ten (10) days after Bid opening, submit to the City a Bidder's Proof of Responsibility Affidavit and Non- Callusion Affidavit from Bach Subcontractor. Forms are induded in the proposed contract documents.
