Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at Various Parks and Recreation Locations on an Annual Contract. Successful contractor(s) will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at Various Parks & Recreation Locations on an Annual Contract with four (4) one-year options to renew for the Gwinnett County Department of Community Services. A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond must be furnished to Gwinnett County for any solicitation as required in the solicitation package or document.
