The work is described in more detail in the Statement of Work and in the Exhibits to this ITB (e.g., Drawings, Specifications, etc.). More classrooms were created in few remodels in 2001, 2003, and 2005. The current kitchen and cafeteria were completed with the original school in 1999. Please refer to attached plans and specifications. It is intended that the Contractor provides a complete project and coordinates work with the District, Contractors and Consultants hired by the District, and all applicable agencies having authority. The District intends to move forward with the following scope: Disconnect cooler/freezer boxes from current rooftop refrigeration system. Remove existing cooler / freezer boxes Demo and remove approximately 8' x 12' concrete slab under freezer box. Install new cooler/ freezer including new sub-floor insulation, new concrete slab
