Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A bid may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled by the bidder for sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for the receipt of bids without the consent of Southwest Allen County Schools. Southwest Allen County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any or all informalities, irregularities and/or inconsistencies in, or with respect to, any or all bids. The project include the removal of the existing 4-ply BUR with 2-ply MBR direct recover roof system down to the roof deck and providing new insulated 90 mil EPDM roofing system and system components on areas <3>, <5>, <6>, and <7>, EIFS repair on areas, thru-wall installation, and the removal and replacement of 2 groups of existing clerestory aluminum frames windows with new on areas <3>, and <6>. It is the intent of the owner to have work start after May 29, 2024 and have work completed prior to August 6, 2024. Vendors/contractors are responsible for providing employee background checks. Please submit the checks to Kim Smith - ksmith@sacs.k12.in.us for review, approval and entering into the SACS database. If there are any questions regarding the criminal check documentation, please contact Kim Smith @ 260- 431-2080 for clarification. Prior to dispatching a vendor/contractor service person, please verify with Kim Smith, at 260-431-2080, that your employee has a current background check on file.
