Renovation of an educational facility in Briarcliff Manor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 1, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Checks or money orders shall be made payable to The Clear View School. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. All inquiries, questions, requests for substitution and/or clarifications must be submitted in writing via email to Mr. Taylor Thomas, AIA at taylor.thomas@lanassociates.com. Requests as indicated above must be received no later than three (3) business days prior to the bid due date. The Clear View School will be accepting bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of flooring, ceilings, and lighting in fourteen (14) classrooms at their school located at 480 Albany Post Road in Briarcliff Manor, New York. This will be a private bidding process.
