The Santa Cruz Valley Unified School District #35 is seeking quotes from qualified firms or individuals to provide the above-mentioned services or products to the District. Scope of Work for Plumbing Services including but not limited to: o Repair to main water leaks up to 6" o Repair water leaks on copper pipes up to 4" o Repair main sewer lines and cameras up to 8" o Clear main sewer lines and cameras up to 8" o Repair or replace brass valves up to 4" o Repair of failed PVC irrigation systems o General repairs to plumbing fixtures (toilets, faucets) o Hot water heater repairs on 199 BTU water heaters All questions relating to this Request for Quotes (RFQ) shall be addressed to Lourdes Ocampo, Purchasing at (520) 375-8272 or via email: locampo@scv35.org Start of Services: Services to start July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 The School District reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. Acceptance will be made taking into consideration the reliability of the quoter, past performance, their conformity with specifications, the purpose for which required and terms of delivery. The School District shall, in the exercise of its discretion, be the sole judge in determining the quality of the quoter services. The District will consider past performance as a criteria in determining the most advantageous quote. Please provide three (3) references for the past year.
