Pre-bid clarification request shall be filed no later than February 13, 2024, by 5:00PM to the emails specified above. All bids must be signed by the bidder in permanent ink and submitted in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside, the bidder's name, address, telephone number, and California Contractor's License number, the name of the Project, the Bid Number for which the bid is submitted, and clearly state attention Purchasing Department. If the bid is being delivered by a carrier service, the envelope that carries the required sealed package must state at minimum the vendor's name, reference the Bid Number, and be directed to the Purchasing Department. The District reserves the right to reject any bid if all of the above information is not furnished. It is each bidder's sole responsibility to ensure its bid is timely delivered and received at the location designated as specified above. Any bid received at the designated location after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Owner's Rights: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process or any proposal.
