Site work for a communication facility in Malibu, California. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

All parts to be supplied by ISD Radio systems. This request is for labor only for the installation of (24) RF antennas and transmission lines and (2) GPS antennas with all supporting hardware at the Castro Pk. communications site. All transmission lines will be properly terminated and secured top to bottom all the way to the inside of the building on lightning arrestors on a common ground bar. FUNCTIONAL ATTRIBUTION: Project Completion Deadline The completion of this job specification/project is subject to the mutual agreement of the dates by the parties involved. This is a professional and formal project that requires accuracy and clarity. LABOR/SERVICE: Installation of complete antenna systems for each CWIRS, Fire, Mutual Aid, Sheriff and all miscellaneous antenna equipment as identified within this document at the new LA-RICS Tower located at the Castro Pk. Microwave Site. Los Angeles County is the sole provider of all the materials needed for this project. We will source them from our existing inventory and ensure their quality and suitability. This project does not require any additional purchases or external suppliers. Installation of 7/8 ", 1/2 " and 1/4 " coaxial cabling, connectors, grounding kits and support systems from the Antenna Connector to the Building Surge Protection devices located inside of the LA-RICS shelter at the coaxial cable entry port. Tower Ground Bar (TGB) installation to be installed on the lower section of the tower structure near the Ice Bridge as shown in Figure 2: Location of Transmission Line Grounding Kits. Additional site walkthrough note: See Exhibit B For Aerial Photo. For Parking. Park In The Highlighted Red Area*** Part Of The Area Is A Dirt Road, Trucks Or 4-wheel Drive Vehicles Are Highly Recommended Over Passenger Cars. This document summarizes the best pracOces for installing, tesOng, and maintaining RF radio transmission lines and antennas, based on the experOse of The County of Los Angeles Radio Engineering System Engineering division, Land Mobile Radio Technical staff, and the County of Los Angeles Line Crew.
