The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the CONSTRUCTION OF OFF-SITE LIFT STATIONS REHABILITATION which includes, but is not limited to temporary chain link fence and gates around the bypass pump equipment; demolishing the existing fence and gates and replacing with chain link fence and gates; demolishing the existing T-Lock liner within wet well and applying concrete repair mortar throughout the wet well walls and underside of top slab; applying 100% solids epoxy coating to wet well walls, floor, and underside of top slab; sealing leaks in wet well via chemical grout injection; sealing voids around lift stations and manholes with flowable-fill grout; blast and recoating of riser piping and above-ground piping; and all associated work items as shown on the construction drawings.
