Project Description: The work consists of new student parking lot entrance off of Main Street to existing student parking lot. The new entrance wil be comprised of 1 entrance lane and 2 exit lanes, entrance wil be of concrete construction including curb and gutter with new site lighting i luminating the entrance. The existing Student Parking Lot wi l receive a mi l/grind with a bituminous overlay, with new parking lot lighting and additional work as indicated. Contract Type: Single prime lump sum contract Selected Bidders must assure that al persons employed by Bidder, and al applicants for such employment, wil not be discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, age or national origin. Selected Bidder wi l be required to pay prevailing rates of wages to al employees engaged in the project work and provide certified payro l indicating fu l compliance. Such prevailing rates to be as determined by the U.S. Dept. of Labor for the area in which project is located. Selected bidder wi l be required to provide documentation of participation in apprenticeship and training programs approved and registered with the United States Department of Labor's Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. Owner reserves the right to reject any and al Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owner's best interests. The Work includes: a.
